Aged for over 60 days, our award-winning Farmstead Cheese is made here on the farm using our USDA Organic whole milk from A2-A2 cows who spend their entire lives grazing on green pastures in southeastern Alabama. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
